The Village of Skokie invites you to  join us by rallying to make change for communities of color and telling the world We Can’t Wait: Equity and Justice Now!. Stand Against Racism is a signature campaign of YWCA USA to build community among those who work for racial justice and to raise awareness about the negative impact of institutional and structural racism in our communities.

For many years, the Village of Skokie has participated by partnering with the local Evanston North Shore YWCA on this very important social cause that inspires individuals to #StandAgainstRacism and to unite voices to educate, advocate and promote racial justice. Join us at 5127 Oakton Street at 10:30am alongside Village Hall staff, Skokie community members, Human Relations Commissioners, Lincoln Jr. High students, to take a stand, commit to reading the pledge and take the stand against racism!

More information will be posted when available at www.skokie.org.
